Jalanga Ski Club guest booking rates for 2023.
Weekend Rate:
$220 per 2-night weekend (Fri and Sat nights) per person.
Arrive as early as you like on Friday so you can get the full day of downhill. Sunday checkout is 10am. You can store all your gear in the baggage store until you leave.
Midweek Rate:
$110 per night or $550 per 5-night stay per person (Sun - Thurs nights)
Advertised rates are for our peak period between 1/7/23 - 31/8/23.
Outside of our peak period, $60 per person per night.

Group Bookings
Weekend:
Book a 6 bed room for $1200 per weekend (Same charge applies whether room is occupied by 1 or 6 people)
Midweek:
Book a 6 bed room for midweek stay of 5 nights for $2300 (Same charge applies whether room is occupied by 1 or 6 people)
Weekend:
Book a 4 bed room for $850 per weekend (Same charge applies whether room is occupied by 1 or 4 people)
Midweek:
Book a 4 bed room for midweek stay of 5 nights for $1500 (Same charge applies whether room is occupied by 1 or 4 people)
Large Groups:

Lower Season bookings
(July and September) will vary according to snow conditions. Contact Mark to negotiate a special rate for your group.

Memberships for sale

Booking Procedure
After room availability is confirmed official bookings will only be recorded and confirmed on receipt of payment. 50% deposit to be paid on booking and balance to be paid 1 month prior to stay. Should payment not be received into the specified account within 7 days of booking, the booking will lapse and the beds will be re-allocated.
Payment
Payment can be made by Cheque or Direct Debit.
cancellation
Cancellations must be made by calling the Booking Officer on 0438 609 132 and also forwarding an email to team@jalangaskiclub.com
For bookings cancelled more than 30 days in advance of the first night of booked accommodation, a credit will be issued less a cancellation fee of $100 per bed.
For bookings cancelled less than 30 days in advance of the first night of booked accommodation, no refund or credit will be issued unless all rooms of the lodge are occupied.
"No show" - your booking will be forfeited and no refund or credit will apply
Jalanga will Supply
You will need to bring pillowcase and sheets or sleeping bag. Blankets and pillows are provided. Tea, coffee, sugar, full cream and skinny milk, a large range of breads and fully equipped kitchen are available to all guests.
